Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use Vital Logic.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use Vital Logic.

Vital Logic is operated by:
TRADENCIA (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED
Corporate Unique Identification No. 0292221
Allama Iqbal Town
Lahore, Pakistan

For privacy questions or requests, contact: support@vitallogic.io

2. Information We Collect

The information collected depends on how you use Vital Logic.

Account information

When you create or maintain an account, we may process information such as:

  • username;
  • email address;
  • authentication information;
  • email-verification status;
  • account role and status;
  • trial and credit information;
  • account creation and activity timestamps.

Vital Logic's current registration workflow provides eligible new users with a 14-day trial and 50 initial AI credits.

Security and access information

We may process security-related information such as:

  • IP address;
  • login attempts;
  • authentication events;
  • session information;
  • abuse-prevention or rate-limiting information.

This information is used to protect accounts and the Service.

Creator content and workflow data

When you use creator tools, we may store information that you submit, create, or organize, including:

  • topics and content ideas;
  • titles, hooks, scripts, descriptions, and notes;
  • generated content;
  • categories and creator preferences;
  • production workflow stages;
  • calendar and scheduling information;
  • publishing or posting records;
  • creator platform configurations;
  • uploaded thumbnail images;
  • thumbnail analyses, scores, and related results;
  • automation or recommendation-related information.

Vital Logic's production creator workflow connects these modules from idea discovery through generation, production, publishing, analytics, and history.

AI feature data

When you request an AI-assisted feature, we may process:

  • prompts;
  • creator instructions;
  • topic information;
  • content;
  • selected creator context;
  • uploaded images where required by the feature;
  • generated responses;
  • technical metadata associated with the request.

Information necessary to perform the requested feature may be transmitted to the AI provider used for that request.

API keys and connected-service information

If you configure external providers or services, Vital Logic may process credentials or configuration information needed to use those services.

These may include API keys, OAuth credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, service identifiers, or related configuration.

You should only connect accounts and credentials that you are authorized to use.

3. YouTube and Google API Data

Vital Logic can provide YouTube-related functionality using Google and YouTube APIs.

Depending on the connection you authorize, Vital Logic may access and store information such as:

  • YouTube channel identifiers;
  • channel profile information;
  • public channel statistics;
  • video information;
  • views and engagement information;
  • impressions;
  • click-through or performance information where available;
  • audience-retention information where available;
  • traffic or analytics information;
  • OAuth authorization information necessary to maintain the connection.

Current production documentation confirms use of both the YouTube Data API for public channel information and OAuth-based YouTube Analytics access for private creator analytics.

We use this information to provide user-facing Vital Logic features such as analytics, creator insights, performance context, recommendations, matching, and creator-requested AI-assisted functionality.

Where a Vital Logic AI feature uses connected YouTube information as context, selected relevant information may be transmitted to the AI provider used to generate the result requested by the user. Vital Logic's existing AI Generator can incorporate creator analytics context into a creator-requested prompt.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising.

Vital Logic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google requires applications using Google API user data to explain how they access, use, store, and share that information, and limits use to disclosed user-facing purposes.

Disconnecting an integration may stop future access. Data already stored by Vital Logic may remain subject to applicable retention, technical, legal, and account-management requirements. We do not claim here that the undeployed C3A-C1 automated purge implementation is already operating in production.

4. Payment and Purchase Information

Where paid Vital Logic products are available, eligible transactions may be processed through Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for transactions processed through its checkout.

Vital Logic may receive and store limited transaction information necessary to fulfill and administer a purchase, such as:

  • order or transaction identifiers;
  • purchased product or credit pack;
  • transaction status;
  • purchase amount or expected product information;
  • customer or checkout identifiers supplied by the payment platform;
  • payment mode or fulfillment information;
  • refund or transaction-status information.

Vital Logic does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number when payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy separately processes payment and billing information under its own privacy and transaction terms.

9. International Processing

Vital Logic is operated from Pakistan and uses third-party service providers that may operate in other countries.

As a result, personal information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live.

These measures include account authentication, access controls, tenant-specific data scoping, security checks, and other controls appropriate to the Service.

No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are also responsible for protecting passwords, API credentials, connected accounts, and other authentication information under your control.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Vital Logic uses session and related browser technologies necessary for functions such as:

  • authentication;
  • maintaining logged-in sessions;
  • security;
  • interface preferences;
  • core application operation.

If Vital Logic later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar tracking technologies that require additional notice or consent, this Policy and the relevant user controls should be updated accordingly.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • request access to personal information about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of certain information;
  • request restriction of certain processing;

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and verification of your identity.

14. Connected Accounts

You can choose whether to connect optional third-party services.

Revoking or disconnecting an external authorization may stop future collection from that service.

Some previously collected information may remain where reasonably required for existing creator records, security, legal obligations, or legitimate operational purposes, subject to applicable provider policies and privacy law.

15. Children

Vital Logic is not intended for children who are unable to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

We do not knowingly design the Service to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If Vital Logic or the relevant business operation is reorganized, merged, acquired, financed, or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction where legally permitted.

Any successor responsible for the information will remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.
