Please read these Terms carefully before using Vital Logic. They explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how disputes are handled.
Vital Logic is a software platform designed to help creators discover ideas, develop content, organize production, manage publishing workflows, analyze performance, and use artificial intelligence-assisted creator tools.
Vital Logic is operated by TRADENCIA (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 2017, Corporate Unique Identification No. 0292221.
In these Terms, “Vital Logic”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Vital Logic service and its operator, as applicable. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the Service.
By accessing or using Vital Logic, creating an account, or purchasing products or credits associated with Vital Logic, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into these Terms independently.
If you use Vital Logic on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vital Logic is permitted by applicable law.
Certain features require a Vital Logic account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep relevant account information reasonably current.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You must not share credentials in a manner that compromises account security or use another person's account without authorization.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Vital Logic may provide new eligible accounts with a free trial and an initial allocation of AI credits.
The current introductory offer may include a 14-day free trial and 50 AI credits, as displayed during registration. Vital Logic may change future promotional or trial offers, but such changes will not retroactively remove credits already validly granted unless required to address fraud, abuse, technical error, or legal requirements.
AI credits are units used within Vital Logic to access certain provider-backed or computational features. Credits are not money, are not a bank balance, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between users unless Vital Logic expressly provides such functionality.
Different features may consume different amounts of credits.
Where paid purchases are made available, Vital Logic may offer one-time credit packs or other products through an authorized checkout provider.
Vital Logic currently uses Lemon Squeezy for eligible commercial transactions. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for transactions processed through its checkout. This means the customer payment transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy, while Vital Logic remains responsible for providing the Vital Logic product or service purchased.
Lemon Squeezy's current Buyer Terms similarly describe Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record and reseller for the supplier's product.
Prices, applicable taxes, supported payment methods, billing information, receipts, refunds, and related transaction terms may also be subject to terms displayed by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
Vital Logic does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card information when payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy.
Refund eligibility for transactions processed by Lemon Squeezy may be governed by Lemon Squeezy's applicable buyer and refund terms, applicable law, and the circumstances of the transaction.
If you experience a problem with credits or access following a valid purchase, contact us at support@vitallogic.io so that we can investigate the Vital Logic side of the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
You retain ownership of content that you create or submit to Vital Logic, including topics, ideas, notes, prompts, scripts, titles, descriptions, uploaded thumbnails, production information, and similar creator material, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
You grant Vital Logic a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the Service and the features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to content you upload or process through Vital Logic.
Vital Logic includes artificial intelligence-assisted features.
Depending on the feature and configuration, information you submit may be processed by a third-party AI provider in order to produce the output you requested.
AI-generated material can contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, inappropriate suggestions, or content similar to material generated for others.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing, relying upon, distributing, or commercially using it.
Vital Logic does not guarantee that generated content will be factually accurate, legally compliant, original, non-infringing, suitable for a particular platform, or commercially successful.
AI-generated recommendations, scores, forecasts, content ideas, thumbnail assessments, analytics interpretations, or similar outputs are decision-support tools, not guarantees of performance.
Vital Logic may allow you to connect external services, including YouTube and other creator platforms or data providers.
When you connect an external account, Vital Logic may access information authorized by you in order to provide features such as channel analytics, content-performance information, creator insights, matching, recommendations, or other connected functionality.
Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
Vital Logic is not responsible for changes, downtime, API restrictions, data availability, account restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
Some Vital Logic functionality may allow you to configure credentials, API keys, or external service connections.
You must only provide credentials that you are authorized to use.
You remain responsible for charges, limits, restrictions, and terms imposed directly by third-party providers associated with credentials you supply.
Vital Logic may also provide platform-managed integrations where expressly made available.
You must not use Vital Logic to:
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, third parties, or our legal interests.
Vital Logic's software, interfaces, branding, designs, documentation, platform structure, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Vital Logic and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Vital Logic's intellectual property to you.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purposes while your account remains authorized.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback, you permit us to use that feedback to evaluate or improve Vital Logic without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not transfer ownership of your creator content to us.
Vital Logic is an evolving software service.
Features may be improved, modified, replaced, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous availability of every third-party integration, or that every feature will remain available in its current form.
We will use reasonable efforts to preserve existing user data and production stability when making changes, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation.
You may stop using Vital Logic at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vital Logic is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Performance indicators, predictions, recommendations, analytics, and AI-generated results are informational tools rather than promises of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRADENCIA (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and persons involved in operating Vital Logic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, audience, content opportunities, business, goodwill, or data, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Vital Logic integrates with services that we do not own or control.
Third-party services may have separate terms, privacy policies, limitations, fees, and availability requirements.
Your relationship with those providers is governed by their applicable terms in addition to these Terms.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Vital Logic Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as Vital Logic evolves or when required by legal, technical, security, provider, or commercial changes.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Where a change materially affects existing users and applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will take reasonable steps to provide it.
Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms and use of the Vital Logic Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Commercial transactions processed by Lemon Squeezy may additionally be governed by Lemon Squeezy's applicable checkout and buyer terms.
Nothing in this section removes consumer rights that apply mandatorily in a user's jurisdiction.
